At chritee, we strive to provide you with high-quality custom t-shirts that meet your expectations. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please take a moment to review our policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the custom nature of our printed t-shirts, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. If your t-shirt arrives with an error in printing, design, size, or quality, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with a description of the issue.
- We may ask you to return the item for verification, and we will provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of the products. However, if there is a mistake on our part (incorrect design, defective print, or wrong size), we will gladly send you a replacement t-shirt at no additional charge.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged items upon delivery.
- Incorrect item (wrong size, design, or product).
- If a refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days.
Please note: If the product was personalized with a design or text chosen by you, we cannot offer refunds for simple customer mistakes (e.g., incorrect size, spelling errors in the design).
4. Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the production process may have already started.

6. Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective item and we agree to a refund, the refund will only cover the cost of the t-shirt itself, not the shipping fees.
